Destiny Green, RN, BSN, is the founder and lead educator of Nurse Leaders Academy. As a registered nurse with years of experience in clinical care, education, and healthcare leadership, Destiny has dedicated her career to strengthening the healthcare workforce in Wisconsin by preparing compassionate, highly skilled caregivers.

Throughout her nursing career, Destiny recognized a common challenge in healthcare—many new caregivers enter the field without the confidence or hands-on preparation needed to succeed in real patient care environments. Nurse Leaders Academy was created to bridge that gap by providing structured, supportive training that emphasizes both clinical competence and professional growth.
At Nurse Leaders Academy, Destiny focuses on creating a learning environment where students feel supported while being held to high professional standards.
